Free initial consultation
Finding a counsellor who matches your needs can be difficult and making sure they work in a way which is best for you and your situations is important to the progress which can be made. That's why I offer a free initial consultation either online or via the phone so clients can get to know me and my approach. It is also an opportunity for you to tell me about something which is bringing you to counselling and ask any questions you may have.
Cost of sessions
Both face to face and online sessions last 50 minutes and cost £57 per session. I offer the same service online as I do face to face so the cost is the same, the only difference is you can access the session without leaving your home.
I give the same level of service to all my clients so charge the same rate to everyone. However if you are struggling with the cost of counselling please let me know as I am a counsellor associate for The Jonathan Upshall Foundation who provides grants for private counselling and psychotherapy to adults in Gateshead, Newcastle and the surrounding areas who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access a potentially life-changing service. https://www.jonathanupshallfoundation.org/home
Payment Details
When working face to face and online payment is through Bacs and is required 24hrs before the time and date of the session.
